- On Friday, December 11th, Coach Ted Gustus, Jr., CIP Corp. Chairman, is being inducted into the Brooklyn USA Hall of Fame as a Player, Coach and Educator! This prestigious award has been reserved for those who have distinguished themselves both in the community and in sports.
The response from family, friends and partners has been tremendous! The evening promises to be a great night, and we invite all our supporters and friends to celebrate with us.
For those who have been seeking to obtain tickets for this event located at the fantastic EL Caribe Country Club 5945 Strickland Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

Additionally, on the same day, CIP Corp. President & CEO, Wayne A. Francis is receiving the Past Grand Master
Louis Fair, Jr. Distinguished Service Gold Medal Award for his philanthropic and humanitarian work in Accra, Ghana where he led a mission this past summer to install hundreds of mosquito nets in the homes of school children and staff from the L&A Memorial Academy located in Ghana, West Africa in an effort to stop the spread of Malaria.
Wayne also personally donates thousands of dollars to dozens of charities annually and frequently volunteers with his Lodge, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and the American Diabetes Association.
He will be receiving his award from Adelphic Union Lodge #14 (PHA) on Friday, December 11th at Glen Terrace, Brooklyn, NY.
9pm - 2am; Tickets are $75 and include a cocktail hour, Banquet Dinner, Awards Banquet, Champagne Toast and Valet parking.
